Hello I'm Rett... I have Natural "Elf Ears"...

I was born this way... I really JUST noticed this about a couple of years ago... LOL LOL I've called myself a "Wood Nymph" (and an Elf)  for 20 years...smile.  Now,  I see I have the REAL ELF EARS to prove it!! 

Not, my very best photo... lol... but it does show my "ELF EARS"... Well... at least one of them.  I really don't have photos showing my ears.  I searched through MANY photos!! 

Another (not so great photo of me... I was TIRED and sweaty here...)  HOWEVER,  it does show my left ELF EAR... well!!

I should say my left WOOD NYMPH EAR!! 

LOL ~~>> It seems odd to me that I didn't really even NOTICE MY OWN Ears were Elf Ears (Well... Wood Nymph Ears) Until probably two years ago... I always knew they were a little "different"... but I have worn my hair down SO MUCH, or either over my ear tops so much, that I never really thought about my ears other than I liked them....lol lol !!

I really think one big thing that helped me finally realize I have Wood Nymph / ELF EARS, is the fact that we've had American Curl Eared Cats for 4 years!!  I've studied Rare Animal Genetics all my life (and Animals Genetics in general).  Getting the Curl Eared Cats from a dear friend who could not keep them several years ago, really made me more aware of MY OWN EARS... and their differences from "normal".   I do remember looking in the mirror and thinking... "WOW, MY EARS are "different"....  (With the cats you access and evaluate their ear types, etc.. thus, this lead to my accessing and evaluating my own ears!!)

What a silly photo of me!!!! Another NOT the best... Oh well... EVEN with my hair up on top of my head in a pony tail bun my ears don't show that much... Plus, this angle doesn't help!  WHO KNEW I'd have THIS many different angles of photos and NOT see my ears!!!!!!!
